You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 working days.
Sizing Issues
If your product(s) don’t fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size. We’ll ask about your usual size, the size you ordered, and then we can help you further with the sizing issue.
Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for you. Just contact our support team at info@belmirae.com with clear photos of the issue.

Returns & Refunds
If you’d like a refund, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Here’s how it works:
- Contact Us First – Email info@belmirae.com with photos of the item to start the return process.
- Return the Item – You are responsible for the return shipping cost. A trackable shipping service is required to ensure we receive your item.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item is damaged, dirty, or missing original packaging, we will assess its condition before determining the refund amount.
Important Notes:
- We do not offer refunds for items that are lost, broken, or damaged due to misuse.
- Refunds are not available for orders that are beyond 90 days from the delivery date.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
- If you would like to cancel your order, we advise contacting us immediately. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at iinfo@belmirae.com to see if a modification can be made. We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed.
- All orders are fulfilled in 24 hours, so if your order has been processed already and the shipment cannot be canceled - we are unable to cancel your order.
- Your refund for a canceled order will take 5-7 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.
- If your order cannot be canceled, you will need to initiate a return (following our return guidelines).
