Q1 - When can I expect my order?

A1 - Our average delivery time is 1-2 weeks. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier. This business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors while covering the shipping costs ourselves.

If we are very busy, this may sometimes result in additional delivery time. We do everything we can to arrange shipping as quickly as possible.

Q2 - The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

A2 - In almost all cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur in the delivery process.

Haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us via the contact form.


Q3 - One or more products are missing from my order. How is that possible?

A3 - Since we work with multiple suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If any items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Q4 - What are the shipping costs?

A4 - We negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices, ensuring that our prices include shipping costs. This also applies to Belgium.

Note: Occasionally, we offer certain promotional items for free. In these cases, we charge €6.95 for shipping to cover costs.


Q5 - Why don’t you have a phone customer service?

A5 - Offering phone customer service requires permanent staff, office space, and phone lines, which would increase costs. By keeping expenses low, we can offer more competitive prices.

Q6 - I don’t like my product. Can I return it?

A6 - Even though we do our best to provide you with the best products, you can return any order within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Q7 - I want to return an item. What should I do?

A7 - If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with tags and labels attached.
  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code.
  • The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 days.


Q8 - Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Q9 - My Track & Trace code does not show any information. Why?

A9 - Track & Trace information becomes available once the package has been received by the shipping company.

There may be a delay while the order is still being processed. After the processing time (usually 1-3 days), the Track & Trace code will be updated.


Q10 - I haven’t received my order confirmation.

A10 - Have you placed and paid for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email?

  1. First, check your spam folder.
  2. If you still haven’t received an email, please contact us.

Q11 - I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

A11 - If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can do so free of charge.

Since 99% of our orders are automatically forwarded to our suppliers, we recommend canceling as soon as possible.

Has your order already been shipped?

  • If so, we cannot cancel it.
  • You will need to return the package to us after receiving it.
